Thank you for visiting my blog-site. The pictures that appear on this site are all original photographs that I took throughout California quite a while ago. Back then I was in college, first studying in San Diego at UCSD, and later at CAL Berkeley in the San Francisco Bay Area. As you will see from the photos, I had the fortunate opportunity to see, hear, and photograph some of the greatest Rock and Roll, and Jazz Musicians of all time. Many of my photographs are already here, but more will eventually be posted on this ever evolving site, so check back often.
All of the photographs here were shot with a 35mm KONICA AUTO-REFLEX T film camera, using an 80-200mm zoom lens and no flash (not ever!). The film used for most of the pics was the old classic and reliable high-speed Kodak Tri-X Pan. Shooting was usually at ASA 400, with occasional darkroom pushes to 800 and some rare attempts at 1600.
